As for the size you can order XL if you are 185-195cm height and about 95 kg weight, i have chosen the L size which is a little bit stretched with no problem and leaves nothing to the fantasy, goods are shown nicely. but i like it so. Also if you are overweight or not fit by buying this product it does not mean that you transform to a muscle hunk.
